Profile Hobgoblin phil
Philip Benjamin "Phil" Urich is the nephew of famed Daily Bugle reporter Ben Urich, and was the fourth Green Goblin after stumbling on a warehouse of Goblin equipment. Phil attempted to make it as a superhero, but was constantly distrusted because of his predecessors, and ultimately, he sacrificed his Goblin gear to save lives during the Onslaught event.

Over the years, Phil has slowly transitioned into a more and more unhinged and villainous figure, eventually stealing another suit and gear to become the new Hobgoblin, and became an enforcer for the Kingpin. Most recently, after surviving an attack by the Superior Spider-Man, he became Norman Osborn's Goblin Knight, and eventually succeeded Osborn's title of Goblin King following the original Goblin's defeat.

Marvel Legends Spider-Man Infinite Series- Hobgoblin Build-A-Figure (2015)Edit

Phil Urich ML BAF

The first Phil Urich action figure is based on his Hobgoblin persona, based on the design done by Humberto Ramos for The Amazing Spider-Man: Big Time. As the Build-A-Figure for the first wave of 2015 Spider-Man figures, Hobgoblin was released in pieces included with Spider-Man, Spider-Girl, Ultimate Spider-Woman, Spider-Man 2099, Anti-Venom and Daredevil.

Unlike most BAF's, Hobgoblin is roughly the same size of a standard Marvel Legend figure, and he includes several accessories. He has a wing-pack that can be removed from his back, a large flame sword, a hilt for the sword with the flames turned off which can be holstered on the top of the wing pack, and translucent orange plastic pumpkin bomb.
